The Focused Client Design Consultation is a 2 hour intensive session with an experienced Interior
Designer, conducted in your home or via Zoom (depending on location). The Design Consultation is
your opportunity to get sound Interior Design advice, specifically for your home. This could be
guidance on Lighting, Colour Schemes & Interior Decoration, Home Staging ready for sale or deciding
whether to extend. Whatever your Interior Design needs, we will help give you clarity & provide a
verbal plan to move forward. The session will be followed up by an email, listing the key points
discussed at the session for you to refer to as & when needed.

The Comprehensive Interior Design Proposal includes an initial Design consultation in your home, obtaining
information regarding the room(s) to be refurbished & to get an understanding of your Interior
Design tastes and general requirements for the room. Client’s tend to opt for this package if the
room is either a blank canvas, an under-utilised space or a room that doesn’t bring you happiness.
Our homes are our Sanctuaries & if there is a room/s that doesn’t make you feel that way, then we
can help.
Following the initial Design Consultation, we will take the information & present back to you a fully
designed space, presenting a large design board; containing ideas for furniture, lighting, soft
furnishing, finishing touches & includes samples (where possible) & paint colour swatches. We will
also include a 2D layout plan & a detailed shopping list of where to buy items on the design board. In
addition, we will make estimations of Trade costs so you will have a general idea of the budget
required to achieve the room’s proposed Interior design.

The Full Interior Project Coordination package includes all aspects of the Interior Design Proposal
Package but takes it one step further, in which we physically create the Design and manage the
process to get there, eliminating the stress of Project Managing your own refurb or renovation.
Ava Rose Interiors have an incredible team of Quality & Professional Trades People, all very reliable
and committed to what they do, from Architects and Builders, Electricians & Plumbers, to Joiners &
Decorators. We will Project Manage the full Interior design process for you and keep you regularly
updated with progress.
